Christine Van Mol

Christine Van Mol has experience in working for professional bakeries since 1979. A former pastry chef for Walt Disney World, Marriott, Westin, and Adams Mark. She is a graduate of the American Institute of Bakery – Science and Technology. She worked as an experimental bakery developing new formulas for a laboratory, testing ingredients. In 1996, she was a pastry chef at Wheatfields in Lawrence, Kansas. And worked at the French bakery in Overland Park, Kansas.

Christine believes there are NO RULES when it comes to creating wedding cakes and would be delighted to meet with you for view of her complementary cake tasting and wedding portfolio.

Manfred Uhl
Ranked as a Master Pastry Chef, Manfred trained in Switzerland, Germany, and France. His training includes over twenty years in Swiss Chocolate work, French Pulled Sugar, and German truffles, pastry and desserts. Working under world class pastry chefs, he has developed a glass-like look for sugar decorations that have been recognized as works of art by clients in Europe, Japan and nationwide. His passion lies in artistic creative design utilizing his extensive specialized experience.

Brenda M Hardin
Baking commercially for twenty-three years, Brenda has apprenticed two years under Master Pastry Chefs Wally and Manfred Uhl. Her passion is specialized hand work. Brenda’s eye for detail has developed her skill for intricate designs. Committed to customer satisfaction, she delivers the cakes to the reception site and conducts the final inspection of all our work.

Ray Works
A European trained pastry chef with over twenty-three years experience, Ray’s Hollywood clients include Tom Hanks, Kurt Russell, Goldie Hawn, Adam Sandler, Dan Ackroyd, Cuba Gooding, Jr. and many more. His local work includes Ameristar and Argosy Casino. His passion is in quality of product and recipe development.
